PREVIOUS WEBINAR - Real Change: How to Use Negative Energy to Your Advantage
July 21, 2011

webinar Guest Speaker
Tricia Emerson &
Mary Stewart
Emerson Human Capital Consulting, Inc

Change is hard, but maybe not as hard as you think. When launching a change effort, we face various forms of resistance from the people in an organization. But we can put that energy to good use. Got hecklers? Learn how to deal with them in the right way. Lots of people to wrangle? Don't pull back - learn how to engage the masses. Tough news to deliver? It's a catalyst for change. Approached in the right way, all these "problems" can be assets in creating real change for your organization. You'll learn:

  • To use negative messages as fuel for your change.
  • A method for identifying which audiences to convert to your cause, and which to ignore.
  • Approaches for involving large groups of people in your change effort.
  • A model that applies to any change initiative.
