If attracting or upselling your registrants using discounts or promotional offers are important, Acteva can help. You can offer early bird discounts, create special promotional offers like "buy two get the third free" or secure discount codes that can be awarded to special clients.

If you are organizing an event with limited seating -- such as a workshop -- you need to ensure that the event isn't oversold. Acteva provides automatic inventory control and wait listing. Specify the number of available seats and Acteva manages the rest. Once the seating limit on your event is reached, Acteva can automatically waitlist registrants ensuring that not a single potential participant is lost.

Every participant who registers with Acteva receives a unique confirmation via email. Included on the confirmation is all of the pertinent information for the event. When it comes time to check in participants on the day of the event, simply print out your Will Call list. The email your participants received will have already instructed them to bring their confirmation and ID.
