Active Pages - The Acteva Difference

Active Pages are event registration website forms with built-in event registration, data collection and payment handling. Unlike simple HTML forms, which collect information that someone must then manually process, Active Pages are automatically linked to Acteva's event processing system. All online event registrations and credit card processing are securely processed in real time. Payment approval is immediate and all registration data is captured and stored in a database where it can be easily retrieved and filtered at anytime.

You create Active Pages with our easy-to-use "codeless" page design tools. Just fill out a form about your event and you're ready to go. In 20 minutes you can publish what otherwise would take weeks of development and thousands of dollars. 

Give it the Look and Feel You Want

Visual elements of the page like colors and fonts can be completely customized to suit your tastes. You can also include your own backgrounds, images and links to other websites.

Include Your Own Custom Event Questionnaire

Add custom questions and preference options to your Active web pages to collect important information. There are no limits on the number of items you can include or what type of information you can collect. You can change characteristics of data fields, make them mandatory, support multiple choices or let someone enter information.

Use them to ask your registrants to select their meal preferences; identify their affiliation or how they heard about you -- almost anything you can think of. Once someone completes their selection all their information is stored in a database where you can retrieve it anytime through our reporting system.  

Sell Right From Your Website

Once you have finished publishing your event, Acteva gives you a unique URL "address" for your Active Page. Anyone entering this URL will be able to access the pages you have created and register and pay for your event. You can then link your Active Pages to your website or keep it as a standalone mini website just for your event.
