| Acteva to Serve as Sponsor for Groove is in the Heart Concert |

| Acteva, the leader in online event registration and payments, will serve as a sponsor at The Groove is in the Heart concert and fundraiser on Thursday, January 18 at Bimbo’s 365 Club in San Francisco, CA. |

| As part of their initial sponsorship, Acteva will serve as the primary resource for attendees to purchase tickets and pay for auction items. Recent items have included autographed guitars, records and other rock memorabilia. Online donations will also be accepted through Acteva to benefit various Bay Area children’s music education programs. |

| Presented by the non-profit organization, Saints and Sinners, the fundraising concert is held twice each year in January and November. “Acteva is looking forward to working with Saints and Sinners on their inaugural event and we’re a big supporter of their mission,” says Ed Lemire, Vice President of Marketing for Acteva. “It should be a great show and we’re glad to help out as a key sponsor for them. We’re committed to sponsor the event again in November.” |
