Acteva Announces Release of Enhanced Event Management Console Acteva PDF
Redesign Provides Many Ease-of-Use Improvements for Organizers
SAN FRANCISCO – August 1, 2005
Acteva, the leader in online event registration and payments, today announced the availability of multiple enhancements to their Activity Manager screens. This will result in easier navigation and ease of use for event organizers.

Included among the many enhancements to the Activity Manager screen are the following:
Activity Manager Screen

The format of the screen has been redesigned to include larger column headings as well as a new look and feel

Enhanced report sorting capabilities give users the ability to click on a column header in the Activity Report to dynamically sort information, such as in ascending or descending order

Faster report generation and Activity search capabilities now result in increased efficiency when generating and updating reports
Create Activity/Edit Activity Screens

Predefined ‘Venue’ information will automatically populate the data fields when chosen from the ‘Select a Venue’ pull down list so users will no longer need to reenter location data for any previously defined venue for their event
Activity Overview Screen

By clicking the “Refresh” button, users can interactively see changes to inventory levels of their Booking Options and also see revisions made to an activity by other users
Activity Edit/Booking Option Edit Screen

The method to apply changes to ‘Activities’ and ‘Booking Options’ have been modified to eliminate errors made from simultaneous users. A hierarchy is now in place to reduce the accidental overwriting of changes made when simultaneous users are working on the same Activity or Booking Option
