| SAN FRANCISCO – December 18, 2005 |
| Acteva, the leader in online event registration and payments, today announced they will
be moving their corporate headquarters, effective January 1, 2006. While they will
continue to be based in San Francisco’s financial district, they will be moving from One
Bush Street, their home for the past 2 years, to 60 Spear Street, 9th Floor, San Francisco,
CA 94104. In addition, the main phone number will be changed to 415-962-9000. |

| “Due to our continuing growth as an organization, the move became necessary to help
facilitate our increase in staff and other resources,” says Pankaj Gupta, Chief Executive
Officer for Acteva. “The new office will allow us to expand our business even further and
host customer meetings and other events in a welcoming, professional environment that
now includes a view of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.” |
