Acteva Announces Enhancements to Event Organizer Reports

Improvements Enhance Appearance of User Interface & Standardize Report Formats

SAN FRANCISCO – November 15, 2005

Acteva, the leader in online event registration and payments, today announced the release of an updated reporting module available to event organizers. This will allow organizers to improve the appearance and consistency of both the reporting interface and the downloadable report formats.

“The changes were made to provide users with a better overall experience when generating reports with Acteva,” says Ed Lemire, Acteva Vice President of Marketing. “The reports look better, are easier to read and make the process of exporting data a much simpler task.”

The changes with this redesign involve standardizing the headers, columns and selection criteria area for the following reports:


		Summary Sales report
		Will Call
		Check in Report
		Organizer Sales Report
		Customer Report
		Questionnaire Summary
		Questionnaire Detail
		Custom Report

In addition, the output to “.txt” and “.csv” file formats has been revised. Each text field will now be wrapped in quotation marks and the name of the file now ends in a “.csv” extension. This format allows programs such as Excel to distinguish between numbers and text, and reduces errors caused by commas within the text.
