| New Feature Benefits Organizers with Specific Internal Payment Requirements |

| Acteva, the leader in online event registration and payments, today announced the
availability of a new feature, Register with Purchase Order. Available as a Selectable
Feature for Acteva Plus customers, it provides event organizers with the ability to accept
pending registrations for those registrants who are required to pay via purchase order. |

| “This new capability fills a critical need for certain customers,” says Ed Lemire, Vice
President of Marketing for Acteva. “Event registrants can still register for their event
online and the registration will remain in a ‘pending’ purchase order status until the
organizer marks it as complete – such as when the PO is received or when payment is
complete.” |

| The need for this feature arose because some organizations require an approved
purchase order for expenditures above a pre-defined limit. Without the ability to register
and then submit the purchase order separately, these users would not be able to register
online. “This feature is most helpful in situations where registrants cannot use their credit
card due to their company’s internal cost control policies and instead must get approval
for expenditures via purchase order,” says Lemire. “We now provide a solution for these
situations so registrants can make payments.” |
