The Acteva Payment Management Service includes facilities to assist you with transaction reconciliation, to proactively monitor for fraudulent transaction, to assist with the processing of refunds and to work to resolve chargeback requests. Acteva distributes net event revenues via mailed checks based on the organizer's chosen payment cycle. Payment cycles vary depending on product being used.
The Use Your Own Merchant Account (UYOMA) service provides a secure plug-in to your own online merchant account
The UYOMA service lets you set up, activate, and maintain your own Merchant Account(s) to process payments within your Acteva solution. When enabled, all online payments made by your customers will flow directly to your Merchant Account for processing. Not only does the UYOMA service take care of all your online credit card payment processing needs it also allows you to process cancellations and refunds effortlessly.
Organizations looking for a new Merchant Account also have the option of using the same Merchant Account processor that we use. Since we have teamed up with the industry leader, you can now leverage Acteva's long-term relationship with Merchant e-Solutions to get the best solution in the marketplace.
