Account Executive

Your accounts will be a blend of clients with additional revenue opportunities and new prospects. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers. Acteva offers a very competitive compensation plan with tremendous upside earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our loyal North America customer base. Responsibilities include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives for organizations across all verticals.

Additional efforts include:

- Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
- Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships

Required Skills:

- Account planning and execution skills
- Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business units
- Passion and commitment for customer success
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform as well as value added professional services
- 3+ years of solution sales experience selling SaaS, CRM, ERP, or similar solutions
- A proven track record of driving and closing deals
- Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record
- Strong time management skills
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills:

- Experience calling on the Fortune 1000's
- Rolodex for network and referral selling
- Experience in selling Training or SaaS solutions

We offer a competitive compensation package which includes: fully funded health insurance, 15 days of PTO, 401K with company matching, Flexible Spending Accounts and company sponsored Commuter Checks for public transportation. We are in the Financial District just blocks away from the Embarcadero or Montgomery Bart Stations.
Compensation: $60-80K Base, $100K–160K+ at plan; no cap on commission!
